Schedule
The schedule is used by organizations to plan and manage the work hours of users (employees). Its primary function is to specify the starting time, ending time, and work location for employees within a certain period.
Home > Management Mode > Schedule
Administrators can enter the "Schedule" page by clicking "Schedule" on the home page of "Management Mode." Administrators can schedule past and future shifts, but currently, shift scheduling is primarily managed by administrators. In the future, the pre-scheduling function for employees will be gradually introduced. There is currently no limit to the number of schedules that can be set.
Note: Employees can still clock in even if the administrator has not set a schedule. However, abnormal clock-ins such as lateness or early departures cannot be identified, nor can individual attendance be analyzed.
Allow Clock-in Without Selecting Schedule
Home > Management Mode > Organization > My Organization > Allow Clock-in Without Selecting Schedule
Administrators can click "Organization" on the home page of "Management Mode," then select "My Organization" to enter the organization page. The "Allow Clock-in Without Selecting Schedule" setting can be configured in the Management Mode. If this setting is enabled, employees can select the "Skip" option when clocking in, allowing them to clock in without selecting a schedule. If disabled, employees must select a schedule to clock in successfully.
- Enabled: Employees can click "Skip" to clock in directly without selecting a schedule.
- Disabled: Employees must select a schedule to complete their clock-in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can I create shifts that span across midnight?
A: Yes. When adding a shift, you can set it to span across midnight. For example, if you set the shift start time at 21:00 and the end time at 06:00, the end time will automatically display "(Next Day)" before the time, indicating that the shift crosses midnight.
